What is the difference between the blue-red and the blue-red-grey handle covers?

The blue and red handles are two-component handles, while the blue, red and gray handles are three-component handles.

Each of the three components of the comfort handles has its own function. The new grey component is soft and has a special surface structure that improves grip and control. The familiar blue component is also soft and ensures a secure, comfortable grip and thus protects your hand. The familiar red component is somewhat harder. Its task is to give the handles a high level of strength and thus ensure maximum durability. You will also find a slightly recessed labelling field and the KNIPEXtend interface on the inside.
